Welcome to Indie Vida 8! This is a community for non-experts, by non-experts. We focus on practical academic topics and discussions, particularly the Jungian concept of Individuation. This is the lifelong process of forming a separate, stable, conscious identity.
Our topics include philosophy, shadow integration, archetypes, personas, dream analysis, boundaries, holistic health, emotional literacy, mindfulness, values, and inner child work.
