You have been drawn in, for whatever reason, by the magic that keeps a hold on the city... Are you a natural-born wielder...? Perhaps, you've been cybernetically enhanced. Or maybe, you're not a wielder at all...
Whatever the case, this is your new home. You must learn to like it, and make a name for yourself within the large metropolis.
