Powerful individuals from before that time have vanished, leading to conspiracy theories about their fate. Yet, technology continues to advance, revealing more secrets of magic. Larger cities like Arritaki are home to those who have mastered the art of magic or science, built upon ancient ruins. Despite the once law of the strongest, Arritaki has now become more peaceful - but this could easily change.
Currently, CORPUS has created an anti-magic field over the city. Magic is nullified, and magical beings and hybrids cannot shift into other forms. Fortunately, this only applies within the city. Outside, magic thrives, and the most peculiar events may unfold.
