At #bus, self-harm support serves as our foundation, but we also delve into a diverse range of topics related to mental health. Whether you're battling anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue, we invite you to join our community and engage in open discussions.
👥 Our members span across various age groups, from 13 to 50+. While we may be a smaller server, our dedication to supporting one another is enormous. Apart from providing a platform to talk and vent, we offer additional channels for various distractions and interests.
