About Server
﹐﹒𑣲 ⠀ᰋ The Outpost is not a real town, not exactly. It is a constructed reality, a carefully crafted environment built by entities. These beings are not necessarily malicious, not malevolent, they are simply curious. They have no understanding of morality, empathy, or consequence, so their experiments often feel cruel, even though cruelty is not their intention. Their goal is to observe human behavior in its rawest forms. Fear, adaptation, conflict, bonding, and survival. For reasons no one understands, the Producers selected specific individuals and transported them into this town. In doing so, the original worlds of these people were erased or overwritten entirely. The Outpost exists as a simulacrum. A copy of a world that no longer has an original. You remember fragments of your old life, but the more time you spend here, the more those memories blur, replaced by false recollections the entities slip into your mind. Some days you are sure you lived somewhere before this. Other days, you wonder if you only imagined it.The streets loop the further you go, buildings that weren’t there yesterday suddenly are, the marketplace you saw 2 days ago is now in an entirely different area. The sky is almost always dark, and the sun can’t properly reach you from the smog blanketing the town — etc, etc.You are stuck here, as a subject of an experiment. There is no way out, and you’re either going to be making enemies, or friends. Your funeral.∘₊✧──────✧₊∘. ˖ 16+. ˖ Wide array of channels !. ˖ Upcoming events !. ˖ Multifandom & Original muse friendly !. ˖ As the server is brand new, many chars are still free !
