Tokyo like much of the world are filled with these creatures called Humans, and then there are the humanoid creatures called Ghouls

These creatures Co exist together, but there is a great disdain between the two.. Humans are hunted, by ghouls, and outnumber them.. The CCG (Commission of Counter Ghoul) exist to keep the citizens of Tokyo safe, by hunting down, and violently killing these bloodthirsty and monstrous creatures, using their <#1340163680238829669> and rarely their special <#1340163724383879168> to fight back.

Though outnumbered by the humans, Ghouls have natural advantages to humans, They look identical to their prey, a disguise to keep themselves safe, supernatural regenerative ability... The ghouls have access to Kagune (more in <#1339709941098741780> ), an extension of themself.. Ghouls that tend to cannibalize upon other ghouls have access to a Kakuja

This war between ghouls, and humans have been going on for generations, everyone is a victim... It is your choice now, will you be a powerful, but hated ghoul, or a highly respected CCG investigator, and protect these people from the Monstrous ghoul's, and prevent them from being devoured..

These days, ghouls tend to stay hidden in the shadows... there is the common ghoul devouring human tragedies, but there hasn't been ghoul factions all too recently... Though there is rumored from some detained ghoul's of a group being called 'Aogiri' forming, and coming to light slowly everyday... Only time can tell

The calm before the Storm
6 Years has past since the last ‘Ghoul revolt’ (A period where Ghoul’s actively harmed The doves, and even civilians).. Aogiri, which was deemed responsible for this has been quiet ever since.. The occasional member being mentioned, killed or captured by the Doves.

Something was coming, Ghouls, and many CCG investigators could see that.. It just wasn’t obvious yet.. If Aogiri was going to show up again.. Or when

Roleplay rules
Be realistic with power levels... Yes, can a S tier or higher ranked ghoul be outsmarted. But that typically doesn't happen.
We want a good story, don't come in here trying to ruin it because you want to be the MC... I will tell you right now, you are NOT the MC, you can be strong, important to the plot even. But the story will NEVER revolve around you, and that goes for all characters
No 18+ content in the roleplay.. if you horny fucks wanna do that, do it in DMs
