LORE:

25 years ago on this day, Katniss Everdeen volunteered for her sister in the 74th Hunger Games. She left alone, without her โ€œstar crossed lovedโ€ making it out with her. 24 years ago today Katniss was reaped once more to return to the arena. No allies making it out this time. What would happen if this was the way the timeline went? No rebellion stirring up at the rise of some berries, no war between capitol and district, and most importantly the Hunger Games continuing, under the same rule as it has been.

Welcome to the 99th annual Hunger Games. Where you need to entertain to survive, interest the Capitol long enough to plan their downfall under their noses. This is, โ€œThe Mockingjay Effectโ€
