NO OVERPOWERED CHARS! Fair ground. Equality. DEMOCRACY!
This setting is around January 2012, (the time will change as activity begins from our members)
New Elyico consists of both uptown and downtown, a large city.
Passiam Hills, a rural creepy, but homey area if you make it.
The Bayside, such a teenage carnival ride, you’d never want to miss.
Civilians are living joyously, or perhaps depressed, whereas henchmen and sidekicks are starting to make their developments.
Superheroes and villains are being regulated by the government, so that one doesn’t overpower the other. Is having the best of both worlds beneficial when it starts to damage society?
Are you going to let your world be taken while you’re in it? Or are you going to do something about it?
pls find us cool, we want friends
